We remind you that with the entry into force of the 11th package of sanctions, the list of goods prohibited for export has been expanded. and with its entry into force, used items are also prohibited.
This means that attachments from the sanctions list designated as used, personal items, used, gebraucht, and the like are not allowed to be sent and as such should not appear in the shipment. The new decree refers to an absolute ban, without reference to the value of the goods.
Attachments should be described in detail, without generalizing categories. "things", "clothes" should be painted according to specific names: n.p. Trousers, socks, shirt, etc.
Any such goods as the following and similar categories are completely prohibited for export:
1) PC accessories (now not only processors, but everything in general: RAM, hard drives, video cards, keyboards, mice, monitors, enclosures, etc.) - any
2) electronic components (transistors, resistors, boards, chips, machine parts) - any
3) radio-controlled and motor-powered toys (cars, trains, planes, helicopters, etc.) - any
4) drones - any
5) weapons, any parts for weapons (even pads on butts, etc.)
6) clothes and shoes - more than 300 euros per piece
7) consumer electronics (humidifier, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner) - more than 750 euros per piece
8) electronic musical instruments (DJ console, sound effector) - more than 1500 euros per a piece
9) photo and video cameras, lenses and lenses for the camera - any;
10) auto parts, engine oils, brake pads, filters, bearings, timing belts and other belts and many other spare parts for vehicles - any;
11) quartz or mechanical wristwatches - any;
12) echo sounders, fish finder, transducer, cartplotter devices - any;
13) GPS navigators - any;
14) laptops, tablets, personal computers assembled - any;
15) smartphones, push-button cell phones, smart watches and fitness bracelets - any;
16) soldering irons - any
17) oils (automobile and motorcycle) and other similar products from refined petroleum - any
18) musical instruments (any drums, any guitars, any piano, wind instruments) - more expensive than 300 euros per piece
19) generators (petrol and diesel) - any
20) binoculars, telescopes - any
21) audio speakers, headphones - any;
23) game consoles, consoles -any;
24) landline phones, docking stations for radio landline phones –any;
According to the Criminal Code of the EU countries, companies and individuals who intentionally and unintentionally violate existing embargoes and sanctions, they are subject to criminal prosecution and are not only imprisoned and fined.
